Basenji Mix

Hi my name is Ava and I was just 6 pounds when I was taken in from the animal shelter as a stray. I also had a bad cough that caused me not to want food and to be very tired. I now weigh 8 lbs, and I hope to gain a little more. I am a very smart dog who taught myself how to use the doggie door and is working hard on potty training. I may not know sit or stay, but I do know I am very capable of loving my owner. I love to cuddle under the blankets and wear cute little sweaters. I prance around the house wagging my tail like a little princess. I?m living with three other little dogs and a bird that I seem to get along with well. I have never been around very young kids, I am too delicate for them. When it comes right down to it, I just want an owner who will love me unconditionally and forever.
