Poor little BooBoo was found tied to a post in a vacant parking lot with his buddy, CoCo. Both were terribly skinny and very thirsty. It was clear that they had been dumped. BooBoo is a little package with a whole lot of personality. Thank heavens he was found by some good samaratins who came to his rescue. Please consider giving this little powerhouse his furever home.
