Just days after Christmas, Yuma Humane Society sent out a desperate plea ---- Chief, a 10-year old Jack Russell had been turned into the kill shelter because the family had gotten a new puppy (AGGGHHHH!). He was scheduled to be euthanized because of his age but the staff loved him sooo much, they didnt want to put him to sleep., , Paw Placement director Jenny made the fatal mistake of looking at his picture. DAGNABBIT!!! Paw Placement rescued him....and he is now ready as can be to be the new chief of your heart. He is a wonderful boy with the cuteness and intelligence of a JRT, but with a calm demeanor that makes him an even more desirable companion., Jack Russells have long lifespans and Chief has many years of love left to give. Please show this gentle soul what unconditional, forever love really means.
