Truffles was lying in a busy street when a good samaritan and animal lover stopped to remove what she thought was a dead cat and get her out of traffic. When she approached her, much to her surprise she meowed. Truffles sure is lucky. She was badly injured and had to have part of her jaw reattached. This awesome kitty is as good as new, eats and drinks fine, and you would hardly notice a very small incision line on her mouth. Truffles is a big love bug and a volunteer favorite.
