Slate is so named because his coat is slate grey. No picture does it justice. He is a velvety soft dog and his coloring is very unique! , Paw Placement rescued poor Slate from a collector situation. This poor little guy was housed in a 2ft X 2ft enclosure with over 70 other canines housed in an 800 sq. foot house. Sad sad sad! Despite the fact that he was living in his own filth and rarely got to go outside, he is not holding any grudges. He is such a happy little man and truly deserves a loving home of his own., Slate LOVES LOVES LOVES to play. He is social butterfly and wants to do whatever you are doing. He gets along well with other canines and seems to ignore cats. He will make a great family friend. We are still working on house-training and Slate is quickly learning., Come see Slate - no picture can capture how beautiful he is. He is a cool looking little dude.
