Jimmy is a big, beautiful cat! He grew up as a loved barn cat on a farm in Ohio. His family moved to AZ and through no fault of their own, had to find Jimmy a new home. Unfortuantly that new home was not a good one and Jimmy was found at the pound, severely underweight and very depressed. His original owners nursed him back to health and once again needed to find a permanent home for this amazing kitty. They stopped at nothing until they talked to a volunteer at Paw Placement who knew this kitty deserved a chance. , Jimmy has a huge heart and an unmatched spirit. He was so scared his first night with us but two days later and he's won everyone over with his resilience. Jimmy is purring, playing, eating and LOVES to bird watch. He knows his name and comes when called. He also knows simple commands such as come, sit, lay down, and stay. Jimmy is a very special cat and we won't rest until he is safe and loved. He deserves a good life and has a lot of years to share.
