Fred was found wandering alongside some railroad tracks in Tempe by one of our volunteers,and as we see everyday no collar...no microchip, and it's a shame because it is very obivious to us that he's been in a family situation before., He's SUPER SWEET and loves everything and everybody, he's good with kids/other dogs/cats/men and women both., He's Potty trained/leash trained/crate trained., It's a shame his family was so irresponsible with a wonderful dog by not having him chipped or with a collar with I.D., But now he's with us and looking for a forever home.
