Calico Mix

A Volunteer was at a dog park. She noticed a man yelling at his children, making them get out of the car. They were crying. The man opened the trunk of the car, pulled out a kitten and threw it in a nearby trash can while his children screamed. As the volunteer ran towards the car to get the license number, the horrible man shoved his two kids into the car and took off. The volunteer did not get the license plate number but she did rescue that kitten from the public trash can. We named this kitten Fortuna because luck was on her side that day. She is one fortunate little kitty cat. , Many people dont realize how many animals are "disposed of" in this manner by people who dont want to deal with the babies their unspayed cats have. , Fortuna is very sweet and will do well in any home setting. She likes the company of other cats and isnt bothered by dogs. All she asks is to be treated like a valued living creature who is not in anyway disposable.
