Hawkeye and Hot Lips sat in kennel #433 at the pound not knowing that they were scheduled to be euthanized. No one claimed them and no one came in to adopt them. These kitties were dirty and skinny and obviously lived part of their life on the street struggling to survive. That's no way for a feline to live. , Hawkeye is an outgoing kitty who needs some TLC to get his confidence back and put on some weight. He's a bit in shock over having a full dish of food in front of him. We think he will settle in quickly and make a great pet with a great story of hard luck followed by good fortune. The first thing Hawkeye did when he got to our adoption center is eat. Then he curled up in the litterbox content to have something soft to sleep on. , Hawkeye will make a wonderful pet to some lucky person who gives him a chance. |
