Snowshoe/Siamese Mix
Emails went out from Animal Care & Control about a six-year-old gorgeous Siamese mix. Noone was adopting her. Everyone wanted kittens. Her time was running out. We went in to see this sweet cat. She lay in her kennel and all we had to do was speak softly and she was up purring at us. She has amazingly blue eyes and her coat is beautifully colored. At one point, she must have been very pampered. She likes being the center of attention! However, when her owners lost their home, they moved away without her. They could not afford to keep such a pretty princess so they left her on the streets. Unaccustomed to searching for her own supper, Snowflake was starving when she was brought to AC&C. We are now treating her to daily doses of wet food and love. She is responding like you wouldnt believe. Snowflake needs to go to a quiet home . . . she is not tolerant of children who have no impulse control. She will thrive in a home where she can be queen bee and the center of your world. |
