Russian Blue

There were so many cats on the euthanasia list when we went in to rescue kitties. All of them were sweet and beautiful. None of them deserved to die. But we could only rescue so many and so we had to make our selections. Little Sasha sat so sweetly in her cold kennel. Noone was talking to her or looking at her. But still, she sat upright, making kitty bread with her paws on the flat newspaper bedding. Her eyes were squinty. When we walked to her cage, she opened them, revealing such pretty golden eyes . . . and that's when we heard it - the PURR to end all purrs. All she wanted was some attention. She slinked her body back and forth against the door of her cage, relishing being pet. We just couldnt leave her behind. She never stopped purring the whole car ride home. Sasha is a very affectionate little baby who will make a great family companion! She is sure to accept a canine or feline friend in her life. She is a happy girl who doesnt get stressed out easily. One thing for sure, she exists to love and be loved! Please come see our sweet Sasha. Her rescue story is not complete until she is safely in her forever home.
