One day, when I was very young, someone took me and my siblings from my mama and put us in a box. Then they dropped the box outside. My brothers and sisters and I were so thristy. Where was our mama? We were scared. Then a woman came by and picked up our box. She saw that we were too young to live without a mama so she took us to Animal Care and Control for help. But they couldnt help us - they have far too many cats and kittens to support. Bottle-feeders are a responsibility they cannot take on. But a rescue person was in the lobby of AC&C, picking up other kitties. She saw us in our box and took us with her. That's when life got good! We were put in a foster home where a kind woman fed us, snuggled us and gave us names. We lived with her for a few months. One day, she came into our room with tears in her eyes. "You need to get adopted now," she said, and gave us a final kiss on the head. Everyone in my litter has been adopted expcept for me. The rescue volunteers tell me that my adopters are saving the best of the litter for last. But I want them to come bring me home soon - are you my new human? I am such a sweet little girl. I am initially hand shy but once I know you arent going to put me in a box and abandon me, I come out of my shell. I am very loving and sweet . . . and I am waiting for you. Come get me soon!!!
