Dachshund

Herbie is an older fellow with adorable, floppy ears and big, brown eyes. He is a tad chubby. Herbie loves to play, cuddle, and romp with kids. He is house trained. Herbie loves every dog he meets and every child too. His tail wags non-stop. Although he can sleep in a crate, his preferred spot is in his own soft doggie bed. This little guy may be 10 years old but his face does not show it. He could easily live another seven years. His coat is a glossy red/tan color and he's inquisitive about everything going on around him. He does need someone who is willing to get out there & take him on some walks before the weather gets too hot. A few laps around a local park or maybe a lake area would be fun for both Herbie & his new owner. Would you be the one who could provide the loving forever home he needs?
