Border Collie mix

In late November 2007, Charlie was rescued in the pouring rain from a, rain wash in South Phoenix. This handsome pup loves to go for walks and does very well on a leash., Charlie LOVES people and is VERY good around children. He loves to play, with his hard rubber toys and chew rawhide bones. He understands when, you tell him to sit (especially if you have his favorite treat, the, Goodlife recipe wholesome biscuits) -- but he will require an owner that, will be committed to providing him some additional basic obedience, training. He is very loyal and will follow you everywhere you go in the, house. He does require a lot of attention and loves to be petted behind, his ears. Unfortunately, his neediness does translate into separation, anxiety when left alone in the house and this will require the, appropriate set-up for him to be outside (a covered and protected patio, space, food, water and toys) and a large crate for indoors during the, summer months. He does need some reinforcement with his housetraining. Charlie would be the perfect dog for a, family/individual that will commit to having him as their only pet.
