Chihuahua/terrier mix

Little Scruffers truly found his savior when he was on his last legs. He was tiny, tired, hot, covered with ticks and very dehydrated when he found the one person who made a huge difference in his life. Two weeks later he is a different dog...full of life and love and ready for a home of his own. He is gaining weight like crazy, learning how to walk on a leash and just loving having a safe place to call home. He loves people and other dogs even his great big ole foster brothers and sisters! Kids need to be old enough to handle him , as he is TINY and has skinny little legs! He would be best with kids 12 and older. He appears to be housetrained as he is going out to potty. We will keep updating this bio as we learn more about Scruffers. Please remember Scruffers needs to be able to find a family to love him for the next 15 years or so. He is a tiny guy so he will be depending on his new family to keep him safe forever....his stint on his own was almost a disaster and he does not care for another experience like that ever again.
