Welcome to DixieLand! Dixie is the color of the red earth of "Tara", and has the personality of Scarlett O'Hara! She definitely wants to be the belle of the ball. Dixie has spent her young life in a laundry room. Her previous owner was overwhelmed with the care of a small child with special needs and just couldn't take the time to train or socialize with Dixie. Everything is new to her. She loves to play with her 3 foster Bassets and in a very short time has gotten very good on a leash. She is loving, doesn't have an aggressive bone in her cute body, but could use obedience training.
