This sweet girl was found running loose in the streets of Phoenix---she was rescued by a good samaritian who cared for her until a volunteer from Paw Placement was able to find her a foster in the Paw Placement family. The family that rescued her has been calling her Happy because she is just a happy-go-lucky girl!! Happy loves to give kisses, gets along great with other dogs, cats, and older children, and rides very well in a car. , Happy is a puppy---thus there are many years to care and love this beautiful girl.
