As one in a litter of 10, Neo was born into poverty. His original owners were disabled and allowed him and his sibs to be born, unwanted. A caring lady helped them out, and got the remaining pups fixed. Neo lived his early life out in Buckeye and wasn't given much attention. He received the "basic necessities" but deeply desires so much more., This very sweet boy is hoping to meet someone to help him become the superstar dog he was born to be. He is a special dog, very gentle, and shy. Neo would do best as an indoor dog, but needs house training. He would love to be by your side on long walks/hikes but never learned to walk on a leash.
