Australian Shepherd Mix.

Hi everyone, my name is Joey! I have to be one of the luckiest doggies in the world. In April I was rescued from sitting behind kennels and I was so scared but PawPlacement thought I was an awesome pup so into rescue I went, I was adopted by some people who promised to care for me forever but well that did not work out as they decided not to keep their promise when a new family member moved in. I was returned to PawPlacement with assurances that I was a great dog but well they just did not want to care for cute little me anymore. Well I consider myself lucky as I was first rescued from the streets, then from the pound, then from a family who could not commit to me so now I really need a solid home that will make me part of the family forever! My foster mom says I am awesome as I am housetrained with a doggy door, love every doggy I meet, sleep really nicely in bed with the other doggies and my people and am nice to kitties. My foster mom thinks I am cute, sweet and a really good boy. I would love to have a doggy brother or sister to play with and kids are great too! I would be an excellent addition as a second dog as I do so love to wrestle and play! I am working on my leash manners so I still pull a bit but my mom is helping me to walk on a leash ....really I just never had anyone teach me to walk on a leash! I can be a little shy my first time meeting you but once I know that I am safe and loved oh boy am I a grateful little cuddlebug! Please make sure that you can commit to me for the next 10-15 years as I am only just about a year old!
