English Bulldog/Pit mix

Meet Humphrey. This cutie was at the westside pound as an unclaimed stray. Because he was so sad, he was on the list to be put down. He is such a unique looking dog and such a sweety we couldn't let that happen. He longs for human companionship. He has been labeled as a pitbull english bulldog mix. He has an eng bulldog body and snort and personality and wiggle butt and a pitty face. Not sure how he would do with cats. He would be best with children over 8 and he has been good with the dogs he has been around and would be good with a friendly dog. He did well with the kennel workers at the pound and is doing great with the vet staff. He is a leaner so he will just come up and lean and cuddle into you. He is approximately one year old and 42 lbs. He needs a family who will commit to basic obedience for issues such as housetraining and such as he is a very smart boy but probably has not had too much structure.
