Little Sassy sat waiting and waiting at Animal Care and Control but nobody chose her BUT then Paw Placement was called and we rushed right on over to find the cutest sweetest little puppy waiting for us. Sassy wasted no time getting to know her 70 pound foster brother and the playing began before she hit the front door! She is 100% full of energy and ready to play....squeaky toys, balls, or her foster brothers tail are all just grand. She is a smart little girl and is working on her house manners...she is a fast little learner and LOVES people. Everyone is a friend and she wants everyone to give her hugs and kisses.....shyness is not a problem with Sassy! Sassy was found as a stray so the idea of a leash and collar was a bit odd but she is mastering the idea of walking on a leash. Sassy would love an older brother or sister who wants to play and could help show her the ropes! Her foster brother loves her and she is the typical little sister who pesters him to play until he tells her no then she is content to curl up next to him with a chew toy or to grab the quick little puppy nap! Sassy needs a home that will commit to her 100% and she must figure into all the changes that life brings along...moving, children, or whatever happens. Please really consider the commitment a puppy takes as they are tons of fun BUT they are also counting on you to help teach them so that they become well mannered dogs when they grow up. Sassy will be a time and energy commitment as all puppies are and she never wants to face the uncertainty of the kennels again. Children must be over the age of 8 years in the new home. Please fill out a application so her foster family can share more about Sassy with you!
