Dutchess is a sweet lap cat who was found outside by one of Paw Placement's boarding partners. Fortunately, she won't have to spend New Year's Eve in the cold - she'll be safe indoors, waiting for her forever-home to come along. But she would love nothing more than to be part of a real family.
