Cosette then: Humanely trapped street girl. Emaciated, tick ridden and fearful of people. Cosette now: Joyful, healthy and beautiful. Cosette is a delight! She is housetrained with a doggie door, walks very well on a leash, loves other dogs, and has a sweet and gentle demeanor. Cosette feels comforted by the company of other dogs, so she must go to a home with another friendly, playful dog. It makes no difference to her who the "boss" is. Cosette is still a bit skiddish around sudden movements and loud outbursts so she would not be happy in a home with young children. Cosette needs someone who will continue to patiently help her overcome those fears of new experiences. She has become very affectionate and loves nothing more than being cuddled.
