Shepard Mix

Rex and Risha are adorable little pups. They were born in a foster home and have had great care their whole lives. Their mom was only nine months old when a loving family rescued her from a humane dog trap on a high school campus. She was quickly given medical care and at the vets it was discovered she was carrying a litter of pups. The family that found her became the family to seven , puppies born Superbowl Sunday. Rex and his sister Risha are now looking for forever homes like their mom and siblings found. These two are quite the pair and could be adopted together or separately. Rex is the bigger of the two and is quite the quiet guy. He is a sweetheart who loves to be cuddled. He loves to run and play but eating is his most favorite activity next to sleeping. At only two months old he is the smart little guy and knows to run to the door when he first gets up so he can go out to potty. His house manners are actually pretty good for a little pup but he does still need to be reminded to go out. He is very mild mannered and will be a big boy one day soon...I would plan on 60 pounds of sweet tempered, laid back, couch potato! He would be an excellent candidate for puppy school and needs a home that is ready for a puppy. Remember he will need access to go out every three hours! He is currently in foster with several small children and bigger dogs and is great with them. Rex will be ready for his forever home by the end of April!
