Meet Sassy! This gorgeous grown-up girl, who wears her heart on her chest (literally), was originally rescued from the Humane Society and is now seeking a permanent home through Paw Placement. The main requirement Sassy is looking for in a forever home? The promise that she will will be loved and cared-for for her whole life, no matter what circumstances arise. Sassy has become stressed at our adoption center, but don't let her sassiness fool you- adult cats can be a bit grouchy as they wait for their new families to come along. This behavior isn't representative of Sassy's true personality. Given some time and a good amount of love and understanding, she'll get along fine in a new home where the folks will respect her and allow her to acclamate on her own personal schedule. She's good with mellow felines, tolerant canines, and children with impulse control. Sassy loves her humans and generally is laid-back, except during trips to the vet (who can blame her?). She would love a quiet home with lots of windows for bird-watching and cozy spots for catnaps. In the meantime, Sassy is hanging out at our cat adoption center, which is a nice set-up but not nearly as luxurious as one's forever-home. Please come check out this sweetheart!
