Romeo came to Paw Placement along with his brother, Tang. Despite the fact that they were neglected in their previous home, Romeo and Tang are now relaxing with their foster family until their forever-home comes along. Since being rescued, Romeo and Tang enjoy scouting out high spots and are often seen lounging together on top of the refridgerator. According to Romeo's foster mom, "he is a total loverboy" who will sit on his favorite human's chest and just contentedly purr. He'll also climb right over the family dog to get super-close to his humans in bed at night. Romeo's foster mom even says that he's "the sweetest cat I've fostered to date" with "not one bad habit"- and she's cared for countless kitties! Although adult cats are often passed over during kitten season, at Paw Placement we feel that these special guys make wonderful additions to most homes. They're calmer, mellower, and more likely to spend some extra-special quiet time with their humans than their younger counterparts. These two have been through a lot together, and although we would prefer that they stick together, it is not absolutely required if the right home comes along. Please consider bringing Romeo into your home. Sweet guys like him deserve to spend the rest of their lives in the lap of luxury (literally!).
