Rusty is the cutest pooch ever! He has a personality to follow and is full spunk. Rusty was covered in ticks when we first pulled him from the pound. Rusty is a very playful guy who is slowly being taught by the other dogs in fostercare how to properly be socialized. Rusty will need training and structure in his life in order to keep him happy and healthy.
