Poor Chelsea was taken to her Vet to be put to sleep because her owners didn't want her any more. Luckily for Chelsea, the Vet saw the plea in her eyes and just couldn't do it, so she made a call to Paw Placement. , She's a total chatterbox that just craves human affection. Chelsea needs a home where she will not experience abandonment anymore and can live out her life with plenty of TLC.
