Stitches story begins in a trailer with a man who is verbally abusive to him....possibly more. Little Stitch supposedly jumped through glass because he was soooooo aggressive and that is when Animal Care was called. The officer then pepper sprayed this so-called "aggressive" dog and then threw him around by the leash. This so-called "aggressive" dog won over the hearts of so many workers at Apache Junction Animal Care, that they put in the extra effort to make sure he wouldn't be euthanized and to medically treat his wound on his leg. Which I personally think he was thrown through a plate of glass....or maybe he did jump through...but I'm sure it was to get away from his abusive owner. Within seconds of entering his foster home, he became a new dog. He was giddy and happy. He instantly got a long with the other dogs and began to run around and play with them. He is also great with cats. Stitch likes to run around with his bone throwing it in the air. He is also very talkative when you are playing with him. This boy is finally able to be a dog and enjoy life. Stitch would enjoy an adult only home or one where the children are over the age of 10. If you think you can continue giving Stitch the love he needs, please submit an online application. More about StitchGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Is Not Good with Kids
