Elf was found starved and crying at night in the middle of a neighborhood street about a week before Christmas -- thus his name. His foster mom considers him the perfect cat -- not only does he love people and love to sit on laps, he's happily tolerated the attention of 3 children under 7 years, including a toddler that likes to use him as a pillow. He even willingly takes baths!! This little guy deserves the perfect home!
