Smokey started his day on a little car trip with his family....little did he know it was about to be his last trip and his last day here on earth. Why you ask? His owners were moving so they decided the easiest way to get rid of their companion that cared so dearly for them was to take him to their vet and have him euthanized. The vet had other plans for this great guy. His plan was to save him, get him up to date on shots, and then find a rescue to help him rehome him. Well we did that and then his new owners were moving and since he afraid of storms, they felt that returning him was the best option., His previous adopters report he is good with people of all ages, good with small children, very loyal to his family. He does not like to spend time outside alone but does love daily walks & is good on a leash. Smokey is housetrained with no accidents indoors. He rides well in the car.
