Sparky was turned into Animal Care and Control with his adoptive brother Captain Bob. Their previous owners no longer had enough time to give to their "forever" companions and surrendered them to the bars of AC&C where the possiblity of euthanisia was definitely there. Sparky is so handsome and sweet. Sparky will now need a home that can take him to the doggie parks and on daily walks. More on Sparky coming soon!
