German Shepard Mix
Floppy was crossing the street when he almost lost his life. A good samaritan stepped in and took him off of the streets. He was then taken to Animal Care & Control in hopes that his previous owners were looking for him. After his 72 hour stay he quickly went up for adoption. However, as quickly as he went up for adoption he was quickly scheduled to be euthanized because he had acquired kennel cough (like a human cold). He was then adopted back out before he could be euthanized by the same person who saved him from getting hit by a car. Now she is trying to find Floppy his forever home he so desperately needs. Floppy was given that name because he immediately flops onto his back in order to catch as many belly scratches as possible. Although he's shy at first, he warms up quickly to all humans. He loves to run and play and will thrive on daily walks and trips to the doggie park. Floppy has quickly learned how to use the doggy door. |
