Jason was picked up by one of our volunteers. He appeared one day at her office building and was hanging outside by the employee lounge hoping for table scraps. He appeared frightened but it was obvious he wanted to be near people. , Since there are no houses around that vicinity, it is believed he was abandoned there by his previous owner. He was panting from dehydration and judging by his appearance, he was struggling outside on his own., As the volunteer heard him crying, she and a fellow coworker walked over to him. After twenty minutes of coaxing him with sweet words and some dry food, he finally came to her and she was able to hold him in her arms. The little guy was more interested in being held than he was in eating. Jason could not get enough attention. He begun nuzzling and purring the volunteer and was so delighted to be rescued. , Jason is the sweetest kitty. The staff at the vet's office where he was taken, remarked on how adorable and sweet natured he is. The little guy was giving out affection to everyone who came near him. He will definitely make one lucky owner very happy with his over abundance of love.
