A Paw Placement volunteer went to the AC&C to gather kittens from the crowded facility. As usually happens, the volunteer, who could only take so many, ended up bringing to the Center more than she was supposed to save. But who can blame her for that? Instead of three babies, she showed up with a sheepish look and ELEVEN kittens. So, we began to name them - but the day had been long and when we came to the last two kittens, our brains were tired. The two red tabby males were chasing each other back and forth, tagging each other in turns. "It looks like they are playing a child's game," one volunteer said and so Marco and Polo got their names! Marco is a sweet boy with a very curious nature. He will make a delightful addition to any cat-loving home. |
