Like most of the kittens I pull for Animal Care & Control, Sienna was trembling alone in a big kennel. The minute she made eye contact with me, she began to climb her way to the top of her confinement by hooking her tiny paws through the chain link. She seemed to be saying, "If you won't come in here to me, I am going to find a way out to you!" Well, I went in for her and was glad to do it. While in foster care, Sienna was an absolute sweetheart - very human-oriented and feline curious, although the resident cat was not fond of a youngster in her vicinity. Sienna will make a great addition to a variety of homes as long as children are old enough to understand that animals are friends and not playthings. |
