Frankie Starlight has been a victim of unexcusable abuse. This poor boy was witnessed being battered over the head with a shovel multiple times. He has dozens of cuts and bruses on his head and body. Currently, he has a huge lacceration through his leg that he is recovering from. Frankie was full of ticks and is still skin in bones from his neglect. Paw Placement is now working on putting some meat on his bones and showing him what love is all about. He is extremely friendly and submissive. He seems to enjoy the company of other dogs.
