Don't let that droopy face fool you - Duke is one happy boy thanks to Dr. Holmes of Pecan Grove Veterinary Hospital. Duke was found wandering the streets with a dirty coat and tick fever to boot. However, Dr. Holmes is nursing this boy back to health and reports that Duke is responding well to treatment and growing stronger every day. As far as personality goes, Duke is a very gentle dog. He is still very active and will need regular exercise, but is not a hyper dog. Duke appears to be completely house-trained. He enjoys being around other dogs and cats and will often chase the cats trying to play with them. Duke is the dog for anyone who wants a loyal companion with the most expressive face.
