Collie & Schipperke mix

This sweet little girl was abandoned in a parking lot. Frightened, Rena hid under a parked truck thinking she had found a safe place. However, the driver of this truck had places to go and didn't care that a scared little dog crouched under his vehicle - as he began to pull away, a kind woman came to this dog's rescue. she is housetrained and crate trained. She is a smart girl whose ears perk up when her favorite humans talk to her. She is very good in a home and is good with dogs. Her favorite toy is a pull rope and she loves tugging back and forth with the her foster sister. She also really enjoys knuckle bones and kongs filled with goodies (see www.kongcompany.com for ideas and recipes to fill your kong with). She is very gentle and downy-soft. Rena would do wonderfully in a home with another canine companion. She is very timid around strangers but once she gets to know you she is a LOVER. She doesn't do well with strangers or children. She is a great hunter and is always on the look out. She is house broken and knows basic commands. If possible, she would love to be adopted with her companion, Roxy, who she met in foster.
